Genitourinary Cancer: Your Visit
Location
The genitourinary cancer clinic is located at the Brown Cancer Center, 529 South Jackson Street in Louisville, Kentucky.
Appointments
To ensure that you have an appointment that is most convenient for you, please call as soon as possible to schedule. If you should need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance by calling (502) 562-4372.
Your visit
Please make arrangements with your physician for your medical records, X-rays, pathology reports, or other information to be sent prior to your visit. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment for check-in. Upon arrival, you will register at the front desk on the second floor.
If another physician has referred you to our genitourinary cancer clinic, we will assume that you want that physician to receive a report of our finding and recommendations. Unless otherwise instructed, we will forward those reports following your visit.
Fees for services
You may incur charges from each clinical specialist involved in your care. As a program affiliated with University of Louisville Hospital, you will also receive a bill reflecting charges for visits and treatments. Should you have questions about the purpose or anticipated costs of a procedure, our staff will be more than happy to discuss those with you prior to treatment.
Insurance
